In the spirit of this year’s Heritage Month theme, “The Future is Now,” students engaged with hands-on stations exploring Bermuda’s evolving identity. From sustainable agriculture and clean energy to cultural cornerstones like the Gombey and island architecture, the afternoon sessions sparked curiosity about how heritage and innovation can shape a thriving future for Bermuda.

From marbles to box sledding and jump rope to can stilts, our morning was filled with the vibrant energy of Bermuda’s traditional childhood games. These playful stations not only sparked laughter and collaboration but offered a window into the creative, outdoor play of the past—reminding us that meaningful fun doesn’t require a screen.

Bermuda Heritage Month: Mini-Marathon
Our CH and LP students raced from “St. George’s” to “Hamilton” in the Somersfield Bermuda Day Mini Marathon! With big smiles, fast feet & roaring support, they brought the island spirit to our field. Congrats to all our runners—you made it a day to remember!

Honouring Our Roots: Bermuda Heritage Month Activity Day
This month, we are celebrating Bermuda Heritage Month! We’re excited to welcome several local legends to our Bermuda Heritage Month Activity Day on May 22. Primary students will rotate through cultural stations and enjoy traditional Bermuda games, while Children’s House students will join in the fun with classic island favourites of their own.
