Bermuda Heritage Month: Mini-Marathon

On Thursday, May 22nd, our CH and LP students laced up their sneakers and hit the “road” for the Somersfield Bermuda Day Mini Marathon! The school field was transformed into our very own island race route—starting at a pretend St. George’s and finishing triumphantly in our imaginary City of Hamilton.

Mrs. Troake and Ms. Winstanley had been getting our athletes race-ready in PE classes, and wow—did it show! The runners gave it their all, and the sidelines were packed with students and teachers bursting with Bermuda spirit. Cheers, high-fives, and big smiles were everywhere as every runner pushed toward the finish line.

A huge shout-out to every student who participated—you made us proud! And special congratulations to our race winners below. Way to go, Somersfield stars!
