Somersfield Students Empower Peers and Promote STEM in Community Projects
Somersfield students showcased their creativity and community impact through the M3 Community Project. Teams addressed various needs, including empowering girls with workshops on art, dance, and writing, and launching a VEX IQ robotics programme at West Pembroke Primary School to promote STEM learning. Their efforts highlighted Somersfield's commitment to inspiring socially conscious, independent thinkers.

Yusef Bushara, Jordan Etemadi, and Morgan Kempe will see their M3 Community Project put into action on Sunday, May 15 with a Family Fun 5K being held for the Bermuda Heart Foundation.
Teens bring families together for charity
Yusef Bushara, Jordan Etemadi, and Morgan Kempe have teamed up for a day of community service, bringing families and friends together in the name of better health. The Somersfield Academy trio set up the Family Fun 5K walk and contacted the Bermuda Heart Foundation as a worthy cause.
Somersfield Students Launch Robotics Programme at West Pembroke, Bridging Tech Gaps for Bermuda’s Youth
Somersfield students Kairo Morton, Bobby Cooper, and Enoch Richardson are teaching robotics to students at West Pembroke Primary through a 13-week programme called BermyBots. Kairo, who created the initiative, aims to bridge the tech gap between public and private schools. With $6,000 in sponsorship, the boys hope to expand BermyBots into a camp, empowering more Bermudian children with tech skills.
