Lead, Connect, Inspire: Volunteer at Somersfield Camps
Over the summer, M5 student Trudi wowed at Children’s House Camp, embodying the IB Learner Profile through her care, creativity, and energy. Students 15+ can volunteer at Somersfield Camps year-round—Winter, February, Spring, Summer, and October breaks—to gain skills, service hours, and make a difference!
Class Parent Network – How Can You Help?
Last year, Somersfield launched Secondary Class Parents to strengthen connections between families, students, and staff in the MYP and DP. The pilot was a success, and most classes now have Class Parents.
Exam Results 2024-25
Somersfield Academy is sharing student achievements across Montessori and IB programmes. CAT results were well above grade level, MYP students showed remarkable growth—including our first Bilingual Certificate—and 94% of IB Diploma graduates earned first-choice university offers, reflecting dedication and strong support of our staff.

At Somersfield Academy, sustainability is more than just a value, it’s a way of life. One of the latest efforts to put this belief into action is the Trash-Free Lunch Initiative. This school-wide campaign aims to reduce waste, encourage healthier eating, and inspire students to take ownership of their impact on the environment. It also connects directly to our larger vision: Somersfield’s commitment to achieving Net Zero by 2030.
Traffic Route Procedures
To keep our campus safe and traffic flowing smoothly, we ask all families to follow the designated drop-off and pick-up routes. Entrances are assigned by division and direction of travel, with specific lanes and pathways to ensure student safety. Thank you for helping us create a safe and efficient start and end to the school day.
