Somersfield Middle School Netball Triumphs Over Warwick Academy
Somersfield Academy's Middle School netball teams triumphed in hard-fought league matches against Warwick Academy. The O13s edged out a 9-8 victory with stellar performances from Riley Jones and sharp shooter Milena Millett. The U13s dominated early, ultimately winning 12-8, powered by the dynamic scoring duo Cali Atcheson-Greenidge and Freida Valli.
Senior Netball Teams Shine in First League Matches
Somersfield Academy’s senior netball league kicked off with impressive performances from both of our teams. The Under 16s secured a 12-6 win against Warwick Academy, while the Over 16s narrowly lost 5-6. MVPs include Dezirae Darrell, Paige Lindo, and Naomi Crofton. Somersfield Academy Launches Bermuda’s First Senior School Coed Badminton League
Somersfield Academy has launched Bermuda's first senior school coed badminton league. In the first round, Somersfield's 1st team claimed the top spot, winning both matches against Warwick. The 2nd team secured a victory against Saltus, earning the second spot. Training continues until the next round on January 14.
Somersfield Hosts Middle School Boys BSSF Badminton Tournament
The BSSF middle school boys badminton tournament took place at Somersfield Academy on Tuesday, May 21. Six schools competed in this exciting event: Whitney Institute, Dellwood Middle School, Sandys Secondary, Warwick Academy, Saltus Grammar School, and Somersfield Academy.

Somersfield Academy claimed six out of eight titles at the recent Bermuda School Sports Federation Senior School Badminton Tournaments.
