Somersfield Academy Alumni Present Scholarship Award
Somersfield Academy alumni, through their Betta Dais network, presented their second scholarship funded by their annual golf fundraiser at St. Regis Golf Course in Bermuda. They raised $7,000 to support a bursary for Shiloh Stevens, a promising student, who has joined the school in 2024. Alumni, including Marquis and Jai Burgess, emphasise giving back and mentoring, highlighting the Somersfield's commitment to inspiring socially conscious, independent thinkers.

Nico Bean '26 has partnered with The Stationery Store to release a new collection of custom notebooks for the back-to-school season. Nico, known for his acrylic pour technique and unique designs, created this collection to reflect personal style and inspire students. The notebooks are available in-store and online, and the collaboration showcases Nico's journey from student to successful entrepreneur.
Outstanding Results for MYP & DP IB Students
We are pleased to announce that all 11 students who pursued the full International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma this year have successfully achieved their diplomas. The school is the only in Bermuda to offer the Middle Years IB Programme, which also saw pass results from 100% of students. This marks a significant accomplishment for our small cohort, with several students earning grades higher than their predicted scores.
Bermuda International Challenge: Somersfield Academy Students Win Big
The Bermuda International Challenge united local clubs for a spirited competition. 28 athletes from Bermuda Gymnastics and Quality Gymnastics showcased their skills across various levels, supported by 5 standout performers from Somersfield Academy.
