Somersfield’s senior netball teams scored double wins against Berkeley! The U16s dominated from start to finish with flying interceptions & epic shots. Zarah Siddiqi ‘26 represented Somersfield at the International Independent Schools Public Speaking Competition. The event featured 99 international students from the USA, Canada, and India competing alongside 16 Bermudian students. Zarah showcased her public speaking skills in categories like Parliamentary Debate and Dramatic Interpretation.

Zarah Siddiqi has secured second place in the WeSpeak Teen Video Competition themed “Girls’ Vision for the Future,” alongside Keante Simmons in first and Sophie Kulkarni in third. The competition, inspired by the UN’s International Day of the Girl Child, highlighted the talents of Bermuda's young women, with Zarah’s vision reflecting inclusivity and hope for a brighter, more equitable world.

Their goal is to provide food for people in need and spread awareness throughout the community about the issue of hunger in Bermuda.
