Somersfield Academy Shines at 'Where Art and Science Meet' Competition
Somersfield Academy students excelled at the "Where Art and Science Meet" competition, held at the Bermuda Institute of Ocean Sciences (BIOS) in collaboration with Masterworks. In the middle group category, Somersfield students secured the top three positions for group projects. Additionally, Kelly Howe from Somersfield won first place in the middle individual category, showcasing the academy's strong engagement in blending art and marine science.
Somersfield Academy Students Represent Bermuda at United Nations Conference
Students from Somersfield Academy joined peers from around the world at a United Nations conference in New York, discussing the role of corporations in modern society. Ben Collis represented Somersfield at the event, organized by the UN International School. The conference, part of an initiative promoting global peace and tolerance, allowed students to explore critical issues such as healthcare, the environment, and development.
