Record-breaking Success at Somersfield’s Annual Golf Fundraiser

27 April 2025 – Somersfield Academy is thrilled to announce the resounding success of its Annual Golf Fundraiser, held this past Friday at the beautiful Port Royal Golf Course. This year's tournament raised a record-breaking total of over $45,000 for the Somersfield Bursary Fund, helping to ensure that a Somersfield education remains accessible to all students, regardless of financial circumstance.

The driving force behind this important event is the incredible support of the Somersfield community. Last year, Somersfield parent Michael Branco reignited the tradition, and this year, a dedicated golf committee was formed, with Courtney and Jody Feldman, Scott Roy, and Joyanne Rolph, who helped elevate it to new heights. We are truly grateful to all the parents and staff who generously volunteered their time and talents to make this event a resounding success.

As the only Montessori and International Baccalaureate (IB) school on the island – and one of the few worldwide – Somersfield offers a unique educational experience. We are proud to deliver Bermuda’s only IB Middle Years Programme (MYP), providing students with a future-ready education grounded in global perspectives.
