Somersfield Makes a Splash at the Cardboard Boat Competition
On Friday, 14 November, four teams proudly represented Somersfield at the Institute of Bermuda Architects Cardboard Boat Competition. Each team built and launched their own cardboard boat, and three made it all the way to the finish line afloat. It was a brilliant day filled with excitement, creativity, and a few dramatic sinkings as several teams across the event went straight to the bottom of the pool.
Our students performed exceptionally well and demonstrated great spirit throughout the challenge. Please congratulate them if you see them — we will be back even stronger next year.
