Somersfield Primary Swim Team Makes a Splash at BSSF Swim Meet

The Somersfield Primary Swim Team made waves at the recent BSSF Interschool Swim Meet, with every single swimmer earning a medal — either in an individual event or as part of a relay team!

Our talented team of swimmers represented Somersfield with incredible effort, enthusiasm, and sportsmanship throughout the day:

  • Matteo Bortoli

  • Austen Carr

  • Owen Davis

  • Sebastian Denton

  • Myla Desjardins

  • Oskar Dudek-Mealy

  • Aine Fahy

  • Isla Gemmell

  • Joseph Herron

  • Pippa Henderson

  • Lillian Howarth

  • Annie Murphy

  • Robin Sapelza

  • Aleisha Siddiqi

  • Ethan Weaver

A huge thank you to Ms. Tracy Osborne, who coached and supported the swimmers all day long, and to our amazing parent volunteers who helped with timing the races, supervising the team, and driving students to and from the pool. Your help made the day run smoothly — we couldn’t have done it without you!

We also want to give a special shoutout to the Desjardins family for kindly donating the Somersfield swim caps. Our swimmers were easy to spot in the pool and proud to show off their school spirit — thank you for helping them look like a true team!
