Somersfield Celebrates Success in KPMG Senior School Investment Challenge

We are thrilled to share exciting news from Somersfield Academy—the accomplishment of our teams in the prestigious KPMG Senior School Investment Challenge! Under the exceptional direction of Chantal Garnett, our students rose to the challenge and excelled.

We are delighted to announce that our team "Profit Pioneers" clinched the impressive 3rd place position, securing a prize of $4,000. Led by Kennedy Kowalski, the team comprising Noah Astwood, Ben Binetti, Emma DeCouto, and Daniel Mildenhall demonstrated exceptional skill and strategy throughout the challenge.

This achievement reflects months of dedicated effort. Since October, our students have immersed themselves in learning the complexities of investing, capital markets, and global business dynamics. They conducted extensive research, monitored market trends, and collaborated on trading strategies, showcasing their commitment and talent.

Join us in congratulating all participating teams on their outstanding performance. The winners were recognized at a ceremony held at City Hall on May 8th. Here's to the future of finance and our inspiring young investors!
