U13 Girls Netball Team Triumphs Over Saltus with an 18-9 Victory!

A huge congratulations to the U13 girls netball team on their amazing win against Saltus today. Although facing strong defense and a good opponent, the girls kept their heads high, dominating the game. The girls had a great game today, winning the game 18-9. Well done to all the girls, we are so proud of you, and we can see that your persistent training is truly paying off in all your games.

All the girls played incredibly today but the MVPs of today’s game are Elena Bortoli ‘30, Cali Atcheson-Greenidge ‘30 and Aniah Tucker ‘30. Elena played strongly and made many effective passes down the court and into the shooting circle. Cali’s shooting is unmatched, her technique is incredible and her linking play in the centre and goal thirds was extremely helpful for her teammates. Finally, Aniah had an incredible game although she was put in an unfamiliar position she rose to the occasion and secured many interceptions.

Thank you to our student umpires and coaches: Dezirae Darrell ‘27, Paige Lindo ‘27, Naomi Crofton ‘27, and Jalia Ebbin ‘27.
