Primary Football Teams Triumph with Teamwork
November 15, 2024 — On Friday, members of the Primary Boys’ and Girls’ football teams traveled to Harrington Sound to compete in league games, showcasing their skills and teamwork.
The girls played first in a thrilling match. Despite trailing 3-0 early on, the team demonstrated incredible determination and effort, clawing their way back to an impressive 4-3 victory. Goals were scored by Eva Desjardins (2), Molly Morton, and Aela Fraser. Well done to all the girls for their fantastic performance. We are so proud of them!
The boys followed with an equally competitive match against a strong opponent. Their teamwork shone through, leading to a hard-fought 3-1 victory. Goals were scored by Trevor Mills (2) and Samuel Bernardino.
