Meet The Class of 2026

The Somersfield Academy Class of 2026 represents a dynamic and accomplished group of young people whose journeys have been shaped by curiosity, resilience, leadership, and community spirit. This class includes students who have spent nearly their entire educational lives at Somersfield alongside others who joined more recently and quickly became valued members of the community. Together, they have contributed to academics, athletics, the arts, service initiatives, and student life while supporting one another through every stage of their journey.

As they prepare to continue their studies around the world, the Class of 2026 leaves behind a strong legacy of collaboration, creativity, and determination. We are proud to celebrate each graduate and the exciting opportunities ahead.

Nico Bean

After 15 years at Somersfield Academy, Nico Bean graduates as a Somersfield “lifer.” Nico will attend the University of Bournemouth to study Business and Management. Over the years, Nico has grown into a thoughtful and determined young adult, and we look forward to seeing the impact he will make in the business world.

Samantha Binega-Northcott

At just 3 years old, Samantha Binega-Northcott joined the Somersfield community. She will continue her studies at the University of York, pursuing Linguistics. Samantha’s curiosity, dedication, and steady presence have made her an important part of the graduating class.

Namazio Dill

Over the past seven years at Somersfield Academy, Namazio has developed his interest in science and the environment. He will next attend the University of Plymouth to study Marine Biology and Coastal Ecology as he continues exploring those passions.

Jonah Every

Fifteen years at Somersfield Academy have shaped Jonah into a thoughtful and analytical learner ready for the next chapter at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where he will study Geomatics Engineering Technology. As a Somersfield “lifer,” he leaves behind a lasting connection to the community.

Aaliyah Haffar

As a 15-year member of the Somersfield community, Aaliyah has contributed greatly to school life both inside the classroom and on the field. She will continue her studies at Manchester Metropolitan University in Sports Business Management.

Roman Jones

Joining Somersfield Academy two years ago, Roman quickly became a valued member of the graduating class. He will attend Loyola Marymount University to study Film Studies, pursuing a path that reflects his creativity and perspective.

Excell Jordan

During three years at Somersfield Academy, Excell has demonstrated creativity and dedication while preparing for the next stage of the journey into Medical Illustration. We look forward to seeing where this exciting path leads.

Masaki Kitade

Thirteen years at Somersfield Academy have prepared Masaki for the next step at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, where he will study Commerce. His strong work ethic and thoughtful approach to learning have stood out throughout the years.

Grace Lightowler

After spending 15 years at Somersfield Academy, Grace is preparing to study Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Nottingham. Her intellectual curiosity and commitment to academic growth have made a lasting impact on the school community.

Khwai Mendoza

Although only joining Somersfield Academy two years ago, Khwai has made a strong impact on the community through both athletics and innovation. In Somersfield’s Design Lab, Khwai stood out for his creativity and problem-solving, including prototyping a safer kitchen knife designed for families with young children. He will continue pursuing these hands-on interests through Culinary Arts studies at Bermuda College.

Rose Paulos

A member of the Somersfield community for 15 years, Rose will attend the University of Nottingham to study Business Management. Her dedication, positivity, and steady presence have been valued throughout her time at our school.

Marc Rajeh

Over the past 12 years at Somersfield Academy, Marc has distinguished himself through kindness and determination. He will continue his studies at Villanova University’s Villanova School of Business, pursuing a degree in Business.

David Sainsbury

Nine years at Somersfield Academy have helped prepare David for university life at the University of Sydney, where he will study Economics. His thoughtful approach and focus have defined his journey at Somersfield.

Zarah Siddiqi

Having spent 15 years at Somersfield Academy, Zarah's engagement with global issues and passion for learning have helped shape an impressive educational journey. She will continue her studies at University College London in Politics and International Relations.

Hayden Smith

Throughout 15 years at Somersfield Academy, Hayden has approached every opportunity with humour, bringing a distinctive energy to his learning and experiences. He will go on to study Business at Dalhousie University, beginning the next chapter of his academic journey

Matthew Troake

A 15-year Somersfield Academy student, Matthew has been a constant presence in the community, known for his ambition and easy charm that has made him a memorable part of school life. He heads next to Loughborough University to read Economics and Finance, where those same qualities will continue to serve him well in the next chapter.

Kiara Ma’Lie Weeks-George

Kiara has spent 13 years at Somersfield Academy and will attend Alliance Manchester Business School at the University of Manchester to study International Business, Finance and Economics with industry experience. Kiara’s ambition and leadership have been evident throughout her years at Somersfield, and we are excited to see her thrive in the years ahead.
