Golf Fundraiser Enjoys Record-Breaking Support for Student Bursaries

Somersfield Academy is proud to announce the continued success of its Annual Golf Fundraiser, held at the beautiful Port Royal Golf Course. With stunning weather and incredible support from the Port Royal team and the wider Somersfield community, this year’s event raised more than $55,000 for the Somersfield Bursary Fund.
These funds play a vital role in ensuring that a Somersfield education remains accessible to all students, regardless of financial circumstances.
The success of the tournament reflects the strength and generosity of the Somersfield community. Building on the momentum of previous years, the event continues to grow thanks to the dedication of committed parent volunteers, staff, and supporters who contribute their time, energy, and enthusiasm.
As the only Montessori and International Baccalaureate (IB) school in Bermuda—and one of the few worldwide—Somersfield Academy offers a uniquely integrated educational experience. The school proudly delivers Bermuda’s only IB Middle Years Programme (MYP), preparing students with the skills, mindset, and global perspective needed for the future.
