Community Partner, Island Soul Pottery & Craft Camp, Inspiring Creativity and Positive Expression

We hosted the Island Soul Pottery, Pottery & Craft Camp led by the talented Mrs. Doris B. Wade. With nearly three decades of experience in painting pottery, Mrs. Wade's passion for her craft shines through. Her personal journey from academic challenges during her childhood, to a lupis diagnosis, to becoming a master of her art form is an inspiring tale of the power of hands-on creativity.

For Mrs. Wade, art is more than just a hobby; it's a transformative avenue for children to express themselves positively and channel their energy into something beautiful. Through her camp, young minds discovered the joy of creation and the freedom of self-expression, steering them away from potential trouble and towards a brighter, more colorful future.
