Somersfield Earns 19 Medals at BSSF Middle School Track & Field Meet

Our middle school students competed in the BSSF middle school track & field meet on Monday May 5th and Tuesday May 13th. We had 46 students competing on day 1 and 46 students competing on day 2. In total our students won an incredible 19 medals across the two days! Some highlights include: 

Shiloh Stevens was 2nd overall in the race for U12 champion boy with 4th in the 200m, silver in the 1500m and gold in the 800m.

Evelyn Fahy was 3rd overall in the race for U12 champion girl with silver medals in the 800m run and high jump and bronze in the 1500m. 

Hugo Adams won gold in the U12 boys shot put and bronze in the javelin. 

Our students exemplified the Somersfield values of growth, personal achievement and respect for self and others. We are extremely proud of their efforts.
