Music Department Presents: Primary Holiday Concerts!

As the holiday season approaches, we are delighted to announce not one, but two spectacular Christmas plays that promise to fill our school halls with joy and laughter. Mark your calendars for two days of festive fun!

'A Beary Merry Holiday’ by John Jacobson and John Higgins

For our Children's House, this year's festive theme is inclusivity, showcased in 'A Beary Merry Holiday.’ Breaking from tradition, our youngest stars take on an actual musical, emphasizing the joyous coming together of bears worldwide to celebrate the holidays. In an effort to promote inclusiveness, every Primary One student who wished for a line got one. We've tailored the script and songs to suit our young performers, and we're 'bear-y' excited to share the results with you. Join us on Friday, December 8, from 11:00 am to 11:45 am, followed by a delightful lunch where parents can join their children in their classrooms.

'Santa Goes Green' by John Jacobson and Mac Huff

Get ready for a heartwarming yet eco-conscious journey as our Lower and Upper Primary students present 'Santa Goes Green.' The North Pole is abuzz with excitement as it transforms into a green paradise, embracing solar panels, LED light bulbs, and new power sources. However, there's one person who's not entirely thrilled – Santa himself! Join Mrs. Claus, the elves, toys, and reindeer as they navigate the challenges of a sustainable Christmas. The show is scheduled for Thursday, December 7, from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm.
