Somersfield Academy Whole-School Calendar Guide

CalendarWiz is an online software which allows our parents to populate their calendars with events happening in the community. Follow this comprehensive guide to seamlessly populate your personal calendar and stay organized like never before. It is compatible with Apple iCal, Outlook Calendar, Google Calendar.

1. Open the monthly whole school calendar here.

2. Navigate to Your Calendar: Tap or click on the "Select Category" tab to access your division calendar (Children’s House, Lower Primary, Secondary, etc.) Click “All” for all divisions.

3. Click “Filter”. All events should appear.

4. Add Events:

   • Single Event: To add a single event, tap on the desired date and time on your calendar. Click the download button (downward arrow with a drive in the upper left-hand corner). The event should automatically open with the option to add to your personal calendar.

   • Link your calendar using an iCal feed: This option will provide an automatic read-only feed of events into your Outlook Calendar. Your Outlook calendar will pull in the most current version of your calendar when it refreshes or sends and receives.

While it’s our goal to keep changes to a minimum, following the RSS Feed will notify you of any changes that are made throughout the year.
