Bermuda Day is a public holiday (no school!) on the Friday before the last Monday in May, and it’s one of the most anticipated days in the island calendar. It celebrates Bermuda’s culture, heritage, and community spirit, and it also feels like the unofficial start of summer.
A major highlight is always the Bermuda Day Parade, where floats, performers, and community groups make their way through town.
This year, Somersfield will be part of the celebration with its own float in the parade.
