October Camp Fun

Our Primary Campers spent a fun-filled morning with AgraLiving Institute making compost by mixing grass cuttings, shredded paper and cardboard, food scraps, and water, discovering how everyday materials can be transformed into nutrient-rich soil to feed and protect plants.

Children’s House campers got their hands dirty preparing a garden beds by weeding, turning the soil, and planting sweet peas. They loved using watering cans, feeling the soil between their fingers, and getting a little muddy as they cared for their new plants.

Our MYP French campers went on an excursion to explore Bermuda’s beautiful nature and beaches. They practised French vocabulary while spotting local flora and fauna, enjoying the soleil, the plage, and the sights along the way!

Local author Trina Renee visited our Children’s House campers to read from her new book, Bermuda Dictionary: For Children. The book celebrates Bermuda’s animals, architecture, food, and culture—from caves and loquats to Longtails and Cup Match. The children looked up the first letter of their names and discovering the Bermuda words that matched!

Créativité et français en action! Our MYP campers crafted masques, Halloween wreaths, and spooky floating fantômes, all while speaking French and having a blast.

All of the camps got in on the Halloween fun!
